Dear Strokes Community:

This Sunday, March 11 we host the Battle of the Bay at the JLAC.  As Home
Regatta Co-Coordinator (with Cathy Farrell) I've been asked to fill the
following volunteer positions that day.

Please let me know as soon as you can if you can help by letting me know the
job position and time slot (if relevant) that you're interested in. 

Parking 

5:30 am - 7:30 am  (two persons)

7:00 am - 8:00 am  (one person)

7:30 am - 9:30 am (two persons)

Set up (two persons needed)

7 am - 8 am

Boathouse security (one person each shift)

6:30 am - 8:00 am

8:00 am - 9:30 am

9:30 am - 11:00 am

Finish Line (4-5 persons needed)

7:45 am - 11:00 am approximately (when race ends)

Tear down/clean up (two persons needed)

10:45 am approximately (check in with Beth Anderson close to end of race)

First shift volunteers for parking and boathouse security, set up and tear
down should all check in with coach Beth Anderson on the day of the race.
(Although I can answer questions prior to the day of the race.)

Dan Herbert will be coordinating the finish line volunteers and so those
volunteers will report to him on race day.  (First, however, you need to
email me to volunteer.)

Appreciate everyone's efforts to help - thats one of the reasons we're a
