Hi all:  
We still really need volunteers this weekend - alot of wonderful people have stepped up to the plate (thank you) but still a bit tight.

Sunday April 13 doing okay- would be nice to have a couple more finish line volunteers but we could live with what we have.  (Sunday remember is just varsity women.)

Saturday April 12 however desperately need 2-3 volunteers for boathouse security - ideally 4 - but could live with 2-3 who are willing to work longer hours.  Also wouldn't mind 1-2 more for finish line but again we can get by with what we have.

Richard Walsh who does race day food has also critical need for volunteers to serve food to the rowers both Saturday and Sunday.  Richard's email is jrichardwalsh@comcast.net (also see cc above).  Or you can call him at 925-254-4671.

This by the way is our last home meet - so from my end, last chance to volunteer (Richard still has future needs).  We appreciate that your time is precious but we need you - and so do your kids!

Dear Strokes Community:

This Saturday, April 12 we host an all team race with Serra, BHS and NorCal attending.  I've been been asked to fill the following
volunteer positions that day:

Parking (two persons each shift; only coaches, boat trailers, team buses and food delivery allowed in lot; parents and others park along Embarcadero and
fenced lot across the street.)
6:00 am - 7:00 am 
7:00 am - 8:00 am 
8:00 am - 9:00 am

Boathouse security (one person each shift; need to check bathrooms a few times to ensure enough paper towels/tissue and general tidiiness)
6:00 am - 7:30 am
7:30 am - 9:00 am
9:00 am - 10:30 am
10:30 am - noon

Finish Line  (6-7 people needed all together)
7:30 am -  end of race (approx 11 am)

First shift volunteers for parking and boat house security should all check in with coach Beth Anderson on the day of the race.

Finish line volunteers stay the entire time.
