OS.Members -Seeking Travel Coordinator(s) for Next Year

Hi all --
I'm calling on your inner travel agent(s) to come on out!  It's been a  
very rewarding, interesting job.  My rower is a graduating senior so  
it is unclear if I will return to the Travel Coordinator position next  
year.  I do have an 8th grader (!) who is unsure about whether she  
wants to join the novice team next year. (if she does, I'd be glad to  
continue)  She's going to do crew day camp this summer and then  
decide. I do think we need to have somebody or somebodies in place in  
case she decides "no."

I'd like to convene a meeting for anybody who is doing any part of  
Travel this year (bus contracts, hotel checks, parent follow-up), and  
anybody new who would like to give it a shot. As I said, it's a big  
undertaking, but in smaller chunks, it's quite manageable. I think the  
best way to "train" for the job is to participate in preparing for CJs  
(most of the work is already done).  I'd like to host a meeting this  
coming Saturday, April 26th, at 4pm. I'll provide wine and snacks.
