  Thanks to all of you who filled out the survey -- we had a pretty good 
  response from parents and

  The most frequent concern expressed by both parents and rowers was about the 
  six-day-a-week practice schedule.&nbsp;The coaches will have at least one day 
  off for the athletes all fall.&nbsp; The schedule will increase in January, 
  and will be posted on a master calendar on the web-site.&nbsp;

  Other concerns had to do with better communication between the coaches and 
  parents about practice schedules<font size="1">.&nbsp; Every effort will be made 
  to give as much notice as possible when there's a change to the regular 
  schedule, including copying parents on the e-mail to rowers.&nbsp; We hope 
  that a master calendar will be a good step in making sure that the parents, 
  athletes and coaches all know what the expectations are for their

  All responses have been reviewed by the Board and discussed with the
