OS.Members -travel committee needs person for one small job

Hello Oakland strokes people -
We are getting ready to start a new season and I am hoping to have a  
strong Travel Committee to divvy up this complex job. One part of the  
job which is not terribly time consuming but very specific and  
important, involves one person taking care of our Boy Scout permits  
for every race. The forms need to be filled out and signed by an  
official at the Boy Scout offices in Piedmont, prior to every  
traveling regatta (not for home races).
If you live in Oakland or especially in Piedmont this could be very  
easy. Aileen Schier has been doing this job for a few years and is  
ready to pass the baton as her son has graduated and is no longer with  
Strokes. It would be ideal if Aileen could meet with the new person  
and train them before the season begins, or very early in September.
