Dear Athletes, Families and Friends,
Here's is an update on fundraising as it relates to the spring registration
fees:
. For those who have already donated $1,100 or more I will contact
you about the spring fee discount offer over the next week.
. Anyone who intends to donate and apply the spring fee discount
offer to their registration fee should contact me asap.
. Ergathon donations will be received through January and any family
with $1,100 or more will be contacted about the spring fee discount and
given a refund, if requested.

P.S. In January all athletes will be given a list of names that donated to
their ergathon effort. All athletes will be expected to write a personalized
thank you note (include a tax receipt provided by the Strokes) and mail it
back to each of their donors!
