Dear Oakland Strokes Families:

Thank you to the majority of you that have already

given generously to the campaign! We are doing well

but we need another big push to get to our goal of

$100,000 to get a match of $40,000.=20

Please, those of you who have not yet made a donation,

consider your donation now. Oakland Strokes suggests a

donation of $400 per family. We have incentives for those that

give up to $2200. And we need larger donations to meet

our target. But donations of any size are appreciated.

We expect 100% participation at some level. Every

match dollar will be spent carefully to improve safety

and quality of the rowing experience. $25K is targeted

to outreach and scholarships.

website. Go the community page and hit the tab marked

ergathon to take you to the secure PayPal site.

In kind donations can be donated for auction at the

family meeting 2/24/08. Please contact

amudge@coxcastle.com with in-kind donations.
