The first week of summer camp is upon us!!
Please come and help if you have the time.
This first camp will have 43 campers and will run as follows:
8:30 - coaches and helpers arrive
Take down equimpment
Set-up circuit for conditioning hour
9:00 - Campers for Conditioning arrive
Stretching
Running & circuits for an hour of conditioning
Stretching
10:00 - all campers arrive
Rowing Portion of camp
1:00 - all campers go home
We need all the help we can get, we will give your rowers service hours for
their school and will buy them all lunch on Friday after camp.
Please send me a note if you will be coming to help out.
