Dear Strokes Community:
This Saturday, March 8 we host the Battle of the Bay at the JLAC. As Home Regatta Co-Coordinator (with Cath Farrell)
I've been asked to fill the following volunteer positions that day.
Please let me know as soon as you can if you can help by letting me know the job
position and time slot (if relevant) that you're interested in. (Some slots were filled
at 2/24 parent meeting and are noted below.)
Parking
5:30 am - 7:30 am (two persons)
7:00 am - 8:30 am (one person)
7:30 am - 9:00 am (one person) Frances May
8:30 am - 10:00 am (one person)
Boathouse security (one person each shift)
6:00 am - 7:30 am Dennis Drake
7:30 am - 9:00 am
9:00 am - 10:30 am
10:30 am - noon
Finish Line (7 people needed all together - 7:30 am - 11 am)

Shelley Coppock
First shift volunteers for parking and boathouse security should all check in with
coach Beth Anderson on the day of the race. (Although I can answer
questions prior to the day of the race.)
Finish line volunteers stay the entire time. I'll get back to you later as to who you report to on the day of the race.
