Hello Parents,

Thank you to all the wonderful parents who volunteered at last weekend's
home race.  This coming Saturday (3/15) Strokes hosts Los Gatos, Marin and
Pacific. It will be an exciting morning with lots of teams and spectators
and your volunteer help is greatly needed. We learned the hard way last
weekend that double parent coverage is going to be needed for boathouse
security as both the men's and women's bathrooms were vandalized (graffiti,
plastic bottles in toilets, etc.) towards the end of the races. Below is a
list of the 19 volunteer job & time slots needed.  

We thank you in advance for your time spent assisting in our home race host
responsibilities; many hands make light work!  Please e-mail back what time
slots work for you and as usual we will try very hard to accommodate them.

Parking (need 2 volunteers at each hour)

6-7am

7-8am

8-9am

Boathouse Security (need 2 volunteers per time slot)

6-7:30am

7:30-9am

9-10:30am

Finish Line (need 5 volunteers. 7:30 am arrival to get coach instructions)

7:30- end of races (approx 11am)
