Tyler,
Because this is a limited race, with 3 boats only, the coaches are not  
making the final boat list until about 10 days before the trip. (April  
4-6) The rowers who are going will receive a flyer when the final  
decisions are made, and you can pay either by check or via credit card  
on Paypal. I know it's a last minute situation.
