OS.Members -Newport Regatta and SAT/SAT IIs

The upcoming Newport Regatta, for ALL varsity rowers, will be held  
over the weekend of Nov 1-2. The bus will leave at 5am on Saturday,  
and return 9pm Sunday. (the race is Sunday morning)
We understand that the SATs fall on that Saturday and will affect some  
rowers. PLEASE notify your coach IMMEDIATELY (ie, today) if you will  
NOT be on the bus, or if you will fly instead into John Wayne airport  
(at your own expense). Please also notify me (travel coordinator).   
There may be alternate transportation planned (carpool or van) if  
enough rowers are impacted by this. Please let us know right away.
