OS.Members -Join the Strokes Travel Committee!

Hello all,
Welcome to the new season! I would like to invite any parents who are  
interested in joining the OS Travel Committee. There are many jobs  
involved in making our travel regattas (Newport, Long Beach, San  
Diego, Regionals, Nationals) running smoothly and I would love to have  
it divided up into many small, manageable parts this year. If you are  
interested in ANY aspect of team travel support, please let me know.

I would love to have a kick-off meeting with anybody who would like to  
be involved.
Possible dates: Friday evening, Sept 19th OR Sunday late afternoon,  
Sept 21st . PLEASE indicate which date you prefer and I will set it to  
whichever one has the most people. Yummy refreshments either way!

Travel Duties include:
* making up a travel flyer for each regatta
* follow-up on parent payment for each regatta
* chaperone coordinator/recruiter
* Head chaperone traveling to each regatta (preferably one per team)
* Someone who is good at Excel spreadsheets to help calculate trip costs
* Bus coordinator (already committed; thanks Rebecca!)
* Rental Van coordinator (San Diego only)
* Airline ticket reservations (San Diego and Nationals only)
* Race Day Food coordinator for each regatta
