Hi OS parents,

=20

Am writing to solicit a few more parent volunteers for the CJs.  Your =
response to date has been wonderful; we've had 30 parents volunteer; =
thank you immensely to all who've been able to sign up.   We've 3 =
openings from the original posting and have added 10 more spots to help =
with the dinners Friday and Sat pms; thus there are 13 spots to be =
filled.    Highlights of those openings are as follows:

Friday:

1)  coffee pick up (7-7:30am)

2)  food set up helper #2 (7:30am)

3)  food monitor #2 (8-11am)

4)  2 parents with vans to pick up dinner for the team at the Old =
Spaghetti Factory (1/4 mile away) at 5:30 pm, bring it back to the race =
course and help with set up

5)  4 parents to help with dinner set up, serving and clean up at race =
course (5:45-8pm)

Saturday:

6)  4 parents to receive food, put on tables, serve and clean up at the =
Stokes tent at the race course (Chevy's to deliver it and pick up dishes =
afterwards)  (5:45-8pm)

For those who have signed up, attached is a excel file with a summary =
table organized chronologically; I think it's a quicker read/reminder =
than the doodle table - will show you what you've already committed to.  =
