Thank you for coming yesterday and listening to my fundraising update.
Here are the highlights:
1) We've reached $104,000
2) We are continuing to fundraise in order to pay for the 2nd boat we
purchased from UC Berkeley
3) The parent-row fundraiser is March 29th, I'll send out an invitation
to participate in a few weeks
4) We will hold a car wash fundraiser, in late spring, to help our
crews travel to Nationals, hopefully!!!
5) Please encourage your athletes to write thank you letters to their
donors
6) Please include a tax receipt form letter with each thank you (you
can send them blank if you like, the donor can fill it out)
7) Blank tax receipts are available here:

8) The athletes will be given the envelopes that were not picked up at
yesterday's meeting
9) Email me if you have any questions regarding your donations or donor
list, that tiny piece of paper in your envelope is your donor list!

Thanks again for all of your help and the help of your families and friends.
Although Strokes fundraising really never ends the bulk of our effort has
passed and considering the troubling economic times it's very impressive how
we've all pitched-in!
